Frank Moya Continuing Education Programs, LLC consists of a Governing Board and two divisions, the
CME Committee and Management International, Inc. Dr. Moya is the Chairman, President
and CEO of the Company (FMCEP) and functions as the Senior Director and Chairman
of the Governing Board and CME Committee.
The Governing Board consists of five members including three anesthesiologists, an attorney,
and the President of the administrative division. Its sole responsibility is to
review with the assistance of the CME Committee and the administrative division
(Management International, Inc.), the CME Mission and evaluate the effectiveness
of the overall CME Program:

The CME Committee, consisting of eleven members, reports to the Senior Director (Dr.
Moya) and functions as the educational arm of FMCEP and provides medical expertise
and peer review for our Continuing Education activities. Eight of the eleven Committee members are
nationally known leaders in the field of anesthesia.

The other division, Management International, Inc. with Joan McNulty as President,
provides the business and administrative expertise and also reports to the Senior
Director. This division has a staff of 6 administrative personnel and has functioned
in this capacity for 42 years.
